Before You Shop
Please review the following policies carefully. By placing an order with Pekelu, you agree to all terms listed below.
No Refunds — Store Credit Only
Pekelu does not offer refunds to the original payment method. All eligible returns are processed as store credit only.
A refund to the original payment method will only be issued if we are unable to fulfill an item due to an internal inventory issue. No exceptions.
No Order Cancellations
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled.
If your order has not yet shipped, we may issue store credit in place of cancellation — refunds are not available.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited under any circumstances:
- Sale items
- Items included in promotions or discounts
- Outlet items
- Items discounted 20% or more
- Personalized items
- Socks
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Special orders
- Preorders
- Gift cards
- Holiday items
Orders
Processing Time
Standard processing time: 1–2 business days.
Peak seasons (Semi-Annual Sale, Holidays): up to 5 business days.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed during business hours ship the following business day.
Order Adjustments
We cannot modify orders once they are placed. Please double-check your information before completing checkout.
Sales Tax
We collect and remit sales tax for Texas orders.
Customers in all other U.S. states or territories are responsible for paying any applicable local taxes directly.
Shipping
Shipping Area
At this time, Pekelu ships only within the United States.
Tracking Information
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Schedule
We ship Monday–Friday only.
No shipping on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
For urgent delivery needs, please contact us before placing your order.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct. We cannot modify shipping information after the order is placed.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is no longer under our control.
Claims for lost or stolen packages must be made directly with the carrier.
Returned Packages (Insufficient Address)
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for paying the re-shipment fee.
